But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again
