More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. They really helped me get a massive achievement due to the tight deadline and the number of challenges both physical and strategic on replacing an existing oldish laminate flooring with limited supply. Fully committed and restlessly hardworkers, they excelled on floor, skirtings and door thresholds installation, where furniture and painting concurrent works did not make the job easier. They are very trustable and ready to listen to any solutions. Priceless service!
