Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Hi been a landlord for over 28 year I had James who came to do a full bathroom refit his workmanship is short cut and easy in and out of jobs His work is the type of work that you start having problems with after 6 months or year later by then it to late because you have paid and can't leave feedback.
