Quick to respond to advert on Rated People. Answered questions on where they were located and asked me for a video of job, which was sent. However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service. Patrick did call to explain what had happened and offered a discount on any other work. Very genuine worker.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.

Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship. I got a small bit of tiling done in my condition with Queensbury. The tiler arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent finish. It looks really pro. It was significantly cheaper than the other quote I received too.
