They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Ethan is a really friendly, down to earth guy. Came and gave us a quote to fix a leak in our shower pipes, retile and fit a new shower without ever making me feel like we had to give him the job. Nice guy, a little too sensitive ego and would easily take offence if asked questions or presented alternative ideas. he was not flexible when I wanted to add things to list which he would be payed for. Not open to communicate and discuss issues if different from plan nor did he try to reassure me. It was difficult.The work he did was good but he left some live wires uncapped which isn’t good for plasterer and he decided not to come back and complete. I went elsewhere.Not professional. Misunderstanding?
