Great serivice by Dorian, he was greatly helpful to understand my objectives for the works needed and the deadlines I had to achieve those. He's spot-on for electrics, but he was outstanding on all-round trading works, excelling also on painting, flooring and plumbing, even if a fully busy schedule during the working week and thus committing flexibly during his extra time on evenings and weekends. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.
