They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.
