I hired this Mark to swap out seven radiators. Initially he quoted and I went ahead with the job. On the day before we arranged, he wanted to postpone because another job had run over, which caused some complications for me, but we managed to agree a new time. Unfortunately, he never showed up at the agreed time. I tried calling and messaging him several times but he ignored all attempts to get in touch. Very poor communication and reliability, and overall not a good experience at all.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks.
