James did a fantastic job building a downstairs toilet/shower room for my mother. The quality of his work was of a very high standard and his attention to detail was second to none. No challenge was too much for James and he consulted with my mother regarding the design and installation throughout the whole working process. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you James for a five star service!

He came at the exact time he said he would, he quoted a very reasonable price, and the job was completed in the timescale he stated. His diligence to quality and fitting of products was superb. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

Richard was polite, punctual and completed the job on time and to spec. It couldnt of gone any smoother and i will be useing his services on other projects ive got coming up like my kitchen, bathroom and log burner excellent service thank you.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
