A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

They really helped me get a massive achievement due to the tight deadline and the number of challenges both physical and strategic on replacing an existing oldish laminate flooring with limited supply. Fully committed and restlessly hardworkers, they excelled on floor, skirtings and door thresholds installation, where furniture and painting concurrent works did not make the job easier.
