I hired Ahmed for laying herringbone engeneered wood flooring. From the initial phone call, discussing details, was clear that he's got years of experience with wide range of flooring. He was happy to provide his professional opinion and pricing was very reasonable. The work did take longer than expected but the final result was great. I recommend Ahmed and Luxe flooring.

Very happy with Rimi. He at all times came up with ideas and solutions. We had a rear garden job. Involved brick work, decking, retiling, soil work,painting, creating new landscape overall. He did it professionally and in time. He was patient with delays in material supply and kept following up. Overall quite pleased with the end result

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

Advanced construction is a small company based in Iver Buckinghamshire. We have been trading since 1992. We specialise in all types of building works. New build houses/ Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishment We all specialise in all sorts of landscaping ie patios-driveways We have our own plant .mini digger’s and dumpers etc. We quite often dig foundation and driveways for people, even if they want to carry on and finish their selves. Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
