During the next 24 hours he gave four excuses for not being able to attend, each with a commitment to another appointment. Never showed up. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again.
