Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Came and gave us a quote, then stuck to that quote - even though the garden turned into a jungle in between quote and work date! Turned up promptly, provided own equipment and cleaned up after himself. Took the garden from wild to WOW in a couple of hours. Really pleased with the work, and he's a lovely guy to boot.
