Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!

Used this company to fit the tiles in my bathroom. Both on the floor and on the wall. Very professional and friendly guy, who offered good advice and gave us a very fair price! We have recently had our whole house refurbished and we were impressed with this guy the most out of all the the tradesman we had in. Very professional finish for a very fair price..would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thankyou

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Ashton Preston - May 2013 Removed side and front hedges, replaced with panel fence to side and brick wall at the front. Very clean and tidy, even mowed my lawn Would definatly recommend.

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives
