David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.

When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

Pricing was extremely reasonable considering he travelled a distance to my location. Azhar was very meticulous with his finishing touches to the flooring and ensured it looked professional and stylish. He is definitely skilled. BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.
