Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I really can't rate Davie high enough. Never have I had a tradesman so eager to please the customer. He contacted me within one minute of my job being posted and turned up the next day when he said he would. His quote was in the ball park of what I expected. At every stage of the job, he texted me to let me know where he was at, i.e. brick matching etc. I would like to say thank you to Davie and his team. It is so great to be able to say "this is what I need done". And to have it done, no hassle.

Nice clean job at a good price however did not return to complete 1 remaining door even though I paid in full. Disappointed as Joe was a very nice guy.

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
