We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Andrew quoated reasonably and was asked to carry out the required work. This he did promptly, efficiently with good communication throughout. His work was excellent and we would recommend him to others.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction. The final resin driveway was beyond our expectaion, thanks MD Driveways Ltd, would definitely recommend them.

Graeme absolutely smashed it completing my backgarden renovation. He and his team were professional and timely and communications were always excellent. The job wasn't ideal but they were absolutely great.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

John Geddes has visited me on several occasions and spent many hours getting my garden back under control. John has done all that I required and more and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of good gardening. Absolutely Brilliant! Cannot rate him highly enough. Transformed very old fashioned rooms. Fantastic. Discussed everything as work was progressing. Put in loads of time, energy and effort. Beth has done a great job with our large and varied aspect garden, on a clay soil. Her extensive knowledge has guided the selection and placement of many new plants and she has greatly improved the existing stock through good care and maintenance. Beth is reliable, works hard and communicates well. We are sorry to loose her due to relocation.
