I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Communication was great leading up to the work and was helpful in both getting the job done as soon as was possible and in picking and dropping keys before and after with the Agents. Many thanks! Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Work to retile the bathroom was scheduled promptly and delivered very well, on-time and in line with the quote. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Tidied up and left things looking smart.

Would highly recommend, the job was really well executed & in no time, my garden looks so nice, tidy & clean now, the alleys & the decking have been jet washed & look amazing now. I just wish I had found them years ago! I will definitely giving them more jobs in the near future. Super impressed!

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

These two young men worked like trojans and got my groundworks done in good time for a reasonable price. They listened to me, were very careful with the work, avoiding buried cables on route, and tidy. Plus always happy! I would recommend them highly for groundwork.

Leon was punctual and communicative and completed our landscaping job to a good standard and had some good design ideas. The team finished and cleaned up the entire work area in a tidy way. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
