D&V responded quickly to my job. I was impressed with their professionalism on the site visit. The quote was detailed and competitive. They were flexible on dates. The job was completed in one day. It looks good and solid. They are competent and tidy. All round professionals. I would recommend.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

This guy is brilliant. Very friendly, arrived on time and produced quality work. Hardworking and had the job completed in one day. Very good value for money, its affordable and the quality is brilliant. I would definately recommend this guy. :)

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Seldom do I meet people that exceed my expectations - Danny did. He turned up when he said, worked the hours he said and left the place tidy. Danny has a professional approach to his work and clearly a considerable knowledge of his subject. The work he undertook for me was of the highest standard. His charges are not the lowest but given the results very good value. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Paul did a great job in a hard to work area, paving, creating steps and a path while blending it into the older garden areas we don't have funds to change just yet. Altogether a much improved area, and when we have that big win he can come back and take care of the rest! Paul, and Chris were both polite and trustworthy, keeping us informed of progress and helping us make the best decisions for the area, and not minding when there was something we needed to change.

Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.

Arben and his team were fantastic. Before the project started there was real concern to make sure we were sure that we were getting what we wanted. When they started considerable care was devoted to making sure that all measurements and positions were correct. They worked hard, were on time, clean, tidy, and considerate. The end result is exactly what we wanted, beautifully installed at the agreed price in the timescale agreed. I would highly recommend this team.

Chris and Arron worked extremely hard - in horrible weather and even though the job was harder than they anticipated - actually reduced the price, as a particular piece of equipment wasn't needed. Excellent work
