Ani was very thorough when visiting to quote. He identified additional problems related to the work, clearly pointing out issues and offering options for resolving. I was happy with his assessment and his quote. He worked very productively and is very precise to ensure he gets the job to perfect. Ani was very courteous, polite and friendly. Completed job was of high standard. Very satisfied and would fully recommend his work and use him again.

Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Great finish; amazing value; can’t recommend highly enough. Really appreciate his advice, including telling us where not to waste money

Dave and his team were excellent. They were very curteous and tidy in their work and did everything to deliver what I wanted. It was a pleasure to have Dave and his team doing the work and I cannot recommend them too highly. If I do need any further gardening work done I will definitely use them again.

Dave did a great job clearing the end of our garden including removing 3 conifers and laying membrane and bark. He also cleared away all the debris afterwards. He was also very reliable and punctual. I would definitely use Dave again and would recommend him to others.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Lazlo's fiancee, Niki and her mum have now cleaned twice for us and are fantastic - highly recommended. Niki asked if I would rate her on here, which I am very happy to do, as having had many cleaners in family homes in Woking over 20 odd years, I can honestly say she (and her mum) are the most efficient and best by far! They are now our regular weekly cleaners.

Vasile and his team are working to a very high standard on tenant rental bathroom, made several recommendations on how to improve plumbing, fitted 15mm copper piping and large number of other improvements including carpentry and electrical wiring to best working guidelines, good job and a fair price, thank you

Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

Dacian has it all,LEGEND!He has just finished a complete refurbishment of Kitchen and outside decking.His work ethic was unbeatable,his finish untouchable!He is extremely flexible,going out of his way to advise on all areas of the build which has ensured a high quality finish on time and on Budget.He is quick to come up with solutions when faced with challenges,which is very reassuring.
