We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. Would leave a 0 if I could. Unreliable, goes AWOL for weeks at a time, walks off the job 6 weeks later, not finishing it and telling you to get someone else in to finish it. Takes your money and doesn't refund anything! Doesn't comply with any regulations and replacememt fitter had to remove everything and start again. And my boiler got condemned after Neals shoddy work..AVOID!!

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Pat and Sam made very short work of removing two bushes and stumps, plus trimming the front hedge, jobs which together that would have taken me all day. The clean-up could have been better, but I'm nonetheless very satisfied with the actual work. I found them to be prompt, reliable, and effiecient, and would recommend them as tree surgeons.
