Cancelled and rearranged original booking. Then just didn't turn up on the day he was booked, with no explanation and not answering any calls or texts. If you don't want to do the job, don't bother quoting for it and arranging it. Having read through the reviews on another site, it seems it's not the first time he's let people down either.
