I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial chat, kicking ideas back and forward of what I was trying to achieve, to starting the job within a few days, having regular discussions on progress and even when changes had been discussed between those doing the jobs! Silver line were very good, they turned and carried out the work when agreed and allowed the brickwork repairs to be completed quickly and safely
