Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. Small price negotiations took place, prior to the job, but we settled on a fair price. Turned up slightly late, but was decent enough to text me and let me know the situation. Came eqipped with all necessary tools, completed the installation within a reasonable timeframe and also explained how to test the alarm and change battery. Polite, friendly and easy to deal with. Other tradesmen should definately take a leaf out of his book.

Tony contacted me straight away about a quote to replace some bathroom tiles and arranged to come to give a.quote soon after. The quote was very reasonable, and he was able to come within a couple of days to do the work he arrived in time, made little noise or mess. He cleaned up afterwards, and the job is first class. He even fitted a new shower mixer. Would recommend Tony, and will be asking him back when there are more jobs to do.
