A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

Sam & Jess were real pro's. They worked really hard installing me a new drainage channel to stop the passage way at the side of my house flooding every time it rained, They did find what appeared to be the old drainage which had been covered by several inches of concrete. They put in a new drainage system which looks very tidy and is doing its job already. They cleared up really well when they'd finished. I was very pleased with the job and would thoroughly recommend them. Also they were really nice people.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.
