Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Another neighbour asked for tree work following my work.

He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.
