Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

0 did not get back to me with date in September as it’s Bird nesting season so cannot have my hedge done until then Total joke.I am in conservation area and have to consider wildlife and getting a FINE.Unbelievable that we came to an agreement on price for my budget and have had Nada back when i was promised he would put me in his Calendar For September.Absolutely unbelievable Rated totally CRAP

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.
