There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.
