The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction. Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. He was extremely punctual and tidy and the finished bathroom is of a quality even better than we would have hoped for. We will certainly be looking to use Nigel's services again.
