A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

Absolutely lovely people, calm, communicative, conscientious. Great work, informative, collaborative and get the job done by working effectively and hard. They are coming back to do more work for me next week. Then another job in a little while. Could not recommend them enough! I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

We were contacted by the company who could pay us a visit extremely quickly. Despite a professional front A day after the job was ‘done’ the window started leaking again. I texted Roger and he read the message but didn’t reply. I asked my father to contact and Roger has repeatedly fobbed him off. Have offered them every chance to fix the window before leaving a review but no response. Has taken all my money and not fulfilled his “4 year guarantee”. AVOID!!

Very unreliable, gave me a start date and then cancelled. He done the same thing to my brother, gave him a start date and then never turned up or answered his phone. my job is now at a stand still while I try and find another plasterer. disgusting service, will not be using or recomending him again.

I am happy with the work done, it did take longer than expected for various reasons but I was not in a particular rush. They are a very pleasant company to deal with.

Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
