They came and quoted the same day,started the work with a few days and carried on until they finished a really fresh chance from tradesmen that mess you around. I would without doubt use them again.

Very Professional from the start when giving a quote to the end of the Job. Always keeping in touch about starting the job to make sure i was ok with the proposed date. Once started the staff were professional friendly and very helpful in doings just little things that made the job look fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service, Paul was very punctual with getting in touch with me and very easy to contact. Price was very reasonable, the quality was great as you can see he is very passionate about his work. We are going to be getting more work done with Rockwater and then get a monthly maintenance plan introduced to keep up that standard of the garden.

Shaun was prompt with the visit and with the quote. We were away when it was laid but my Son-in-law over saw the job. A few issues but these were discussed and overcome with ease. A good job, a good clean up after and a safe path for my Mother. She is happy.

very poor work. damaged the felt that was already installed, and roof is still leaking. very poor communication.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Fantastic work on finishing off my bathroom. Great communication at every stage of the process including ordering parts, confirming prices and short notice changes. Very responsive to a hiccup along the way. All done within quoted time and budget.

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. Jack is a very pleasant man and easy to get on with. He worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year to complete the job. It transpired that the job entailed more work than originally thought, but Jack kept to his original quote. Very pleased and may have more work for him later in the year.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....
