After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. There were a few additional bits and pieces of work that I asked to be done including removal of some stumps, we agreed a price and they were able to do that at the same time. DO NOT USE! My job was quoted at 300, booked in for a month’s time. Less than 24 hours before job day, they called to say they made a mistake and will now charge 500!! I had taken time off work and travelled to a different city to oversee this job.Despite them admitting multiple times it was their fault, they continued to quote 500.They had three weeks to tell me the new quote but they were unorganised and ‘didn’t realise until now’.Huge waste of time and no sense of responsibility for their own mistake!

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
