We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. We specialise in urgent response repairs on insurance claims where flooding, subsidence and other problems occur.
This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Reinstated a chimney stack for us built it in original design very pleased with the work . Also opened up the fireplace and laid a new hearth plus installed a stove wood burner. would recommend Mr Skinner and use him for future work. Polite very helpful, and reliable.
