Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Mateusz and his colleague sanded and varnished the floors in 3 rooms, the landing and staircase of our 1912 cottage. The work was of a high standard with no mess. So pleased to have found The Garden Taylor’s through Rated People. Claudine was exactly the person I was looking for. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, she gave me some good ideas to improve my garden and carried them through even suggesting and sourcing new plants and shrubs. Her work rate was incredible. Sadly we only had her a short time before she moved from Cumbria. If you want brilliance then get her now before she’s fully booked!
