They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Excellent professional and polite service. The work was carried out to a high standard quickly and cleanly. Additionally, the customer service element was exceptional. Always willing to spend time to answer questions and explain the mechanics involved as well as provide out of hours responses. A genuinely first class service I would highly recommend and use again.

Joe from J J Murphy Plumbing and Heating recently fitted a new hot water cylinder for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He managed to fit us in quickly, which was a huge relief, and the whole job was carried out with professionalism from start to finish. We posted a job for an urgent boiler repair at 11.30pm. Not only did we receive a response that evening but Valentin came 10am the next day. Very polite, efficient and reasonably priced service!
