Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. I hate to leave a bad review but this job is worse than before. boris wallpapered a cupboard but 1.pulled out a shelf support to see whether to take it out & pulled away a large chunk of plaster, put it back& papered over it leaving a crumbling lump behind,2.advised not to pattern match the paper,3.ripped instead of cut paper,4.pasted the paper instead of ‘pasting the wall’ even though the paper & paste were labelled to paste the wall,5.left gaps &6.paper is peeling off less than 24h after the job end= £150

Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.
