We agreed a date and time of which Harry turned up on time. He was professional, tidy and explained what he was doing as he went along. Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

An excellent service. The plumber arrived when he said, did what he said he would do (a bit extra actually) and charged what he said he would. Neat, effecient and trustworthy - in short, highly recommended.

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. I already have them lined up for another big job later in the year. Most highly recommended.
