Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. Adam was polite, professional and friendly both on the telephone and in person. He scheduled a visit within two days and turned up exactly on time. He took the time to explain the options clearly and in full. He fixed the fault completely. Adam was respectful of the property, including tidying up afterwards. My impression is that Adam is totally honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when the need arises, and indeed will recommend him to family and friends.
