Excellent work from Heating Homes replacing two heavy duty oil boilers in an external boiler house. David and Robert (the principals) were good to deal with at the quotation stage, came up with a fair price, and oversaw the project to completion on time and as quoted. Luke, who did most of the work, was amazingly tidy, working late to get the system running before Christmas and returned on a Sunday evening to deal with a small problem which had unexpectedly developed. Very professional all round.
From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit. Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

24 hour emergency callout
I employed Chris to move a bolier. He did the work at short notice and to a high standard. His pipework was very neat in particular, and when I asked Chris to return to do some extra work (replacing a faulty stop tap on the mains supply) he was again able to fit me in at short notice. The cost was also extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Chris again.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
