In the first instance they provided an excellent value for money quote - work was carried out on time without any hitches. They understood that not all the work could be carried out in one go indeed they needed to come to our home x4 times to complete the works; nothing was too much trouble to these guys. Overall, an excellent result and I would not hesitate to very highly recommend them to anyone.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.
The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.
Called me within an hr, visited and quoted and completed the job with 5days. Excellent service.
