the price was agreed,time and date was agreed,the boiler and radiators were installed as arranged ,chris the pumber was a good worker,all done in one day,he didnot ask for a deposit,settlment when job was complete, everything seems to be working ok, i would use him again and i shall ask him to do periodic checks etc. john
