I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. They were punctual, polite, they knew what they were doing, the quality of workmanship was high, they were honest and their prices are fair. Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Work finished to a high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again and very happy to recommend. Nice guys, great workers.

Very happy with tradesman. Fixed toilet seat and radiator. Very patience with me although I ordered the wrong radiator valve! Tidied up afterwards and disposed of radiator.

Exceptional. Joe responded promptly to our ad alongside 2 other plumbers and gave us a competitive quote. He did the work within 24 hours, even buying parts for us. Gave us a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving, arrived on time and was done within 15 minutes. He was warm, polite and professional. Wonderful service and highly recommended!

Robert did a great job for us replacing the immersion tank. He replaces the pump as well. As the tank was leaking he did the job the very next day. I would employ him again.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.

Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. No hesitation in recommending.
