We will happily discuss work over the phone instead of attending with a callout charge, particularly for small repairs. After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.
