Norbert rang straightaway to help with our kitchen. He was able to come out first thing the next day which was wonderful. He found a great solution to our problem and was able to fix it very quickly. I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.
Came around within the hour on a bank holiday Friday and completed the job the same day, working well into the evening. Absolutely brilliant!
