Julian was super efficient in terms of quoting and helping me understand the re-wire process as well as answering questions, making very logical suggestions and clearly describing the works. Kaly the job was urgent and kaly responded swiftly and availability was no problem he explained everything about the product he gave a thorough explanation of the boiler and how to clean the magnet filter and was willing to come over next week free of charge to check on the progress he was amazing.
