Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.
Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. En suite shower fitted - shower tray repeatedly leaked causing damage to newly painted ceiling in my lounge, the tiling in the shower enclosure is shoddy and the shower door was fitted the wrong way round. I had to sped nearly £300 getting an experienced plumber to sort out the shower tray, shower controls and damaged shower plinth.
