I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone. they were everything we hoped in tradesmen when searching for someone to do a good job. They came to look at the job, said it was no problem, then gave us a very competitive quote. They fitted a new boiler for us, and off the back of this we have asked Them to come back again to do some other work, knowing that the work will be done proffesionally. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer!
