Mark was here spot on 7.45am as requested. He spent over 40mins looking at the issues with our heating and helped fix an issue with our central heating timer. He did not charge. I will definitely use Mark again when I have problem with heating.

I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations.
