Contacted rated ppl regarding a leaking boiler and Mo responded quickly, a visit was arranged promptly for the next day, Mo arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the fault and to my surprise repaired it there and then, he went out to a couple of parts suppliers and picked the parts up and got the job done in one afternoon, superb service and I would highly Reccomend, Honest, professional& reasonably priced, I won’t be using anyone else going forward & would Reccomend to family and friends, Thanks Mo

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.

Normally I am unlucky with plumbers (and roofers) I always seemed to be ripped off. CTP MCR are different. The job required the replacement of two sections of pipe for my bathroom sink. The price was £150 which I thought was very reasonable. The plumber arrived on time (well a little late because of the rush hour traffic) He immediately located the fault and showed my via the camera on his phone. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend using CTP MCR
