Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.

Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.
